We utilize more than 45 fourslide machines, with a capacity ranging in size from .010 to .090 thick, and .090 to 2.75 wide. Computer assisted Statistical Process Control (SPC) monitors
production to assure that established tolerances are maintained throughout the entire production run. As a result, the machines run faster, the tools last longer, and the tolerances are more
closely held. That adds up to higher quality at lower cost.

We have 20 years experience in heat treating our products, having installed three austemper heat treat furnace lines since 1984. This heat treat process maintains maximum spring tension
while holding part distortion to a minimum. This is just another in-house process we offer to maintain your design specifications.

A variety of finishes are available to meet your individual needs including our phosphate and paint processes. Our in-house finish specifications include: Soluble Oil, Phosphate & Oil, and
Phosphate and Paint. A variety of other finishes are available to us in the Cleveland, Ohio area. The durability of finishes is salt spray tested in our laboratory to assure that all
finishes satisfy longevity requirements.
